From Pure, to Entangled, to Beloved. She has short hair and is easily amused; loves things passionately and is bothered by random inefficiencies of the world. These are the rambles and musings from the life of a writer as she searches for the will of the Great Soul Crafter and listens to His whispers to her soul. This is Janae.

Janae is an extrovert.

Extroverts are very outgoing people who get their energy from being around people and having an enthusiasm for life. They also need valuable alone time to ground themselves and make sure that they are okay to do this.

In so saying, Janae is an extrovert.

Janar works with kids 40 hours a week. Janae needs alone time.

But Janae comes home from work and gets:

Mom: OH HAYYYY. HOW WAS WORK? DID YOU HAVE FUN? WHAT DID YOU DO? ARE THE KIDS FUN? WHAT DID THEY DO?

Sister: OHMYGOSH LOOK WHAT THE CAT DID TODAY WHILE YOU WERE GONE MISSING OUT ON BORING SUBURBAN LIFE!!!!!

Dad: You need to clean up your room. Did you fill out that thing for college? The cat threw up. You left dishes in the den. Oh, how was your day?

Me: …… (energy tank for the day is on fumes) I … Tumblr … Sleep … Need tea.

"I didn’t go to religion to make me happy. I always knew a bottle of Port would do that. If you want a religion to make you feel really comfortable, I certainly don’t recommend Christianity."

"What I didn’t yet understand was the importance of taste and timing. Books are like people. Some look deceptively attractive from a distance, some deceptively unappealing; some are easy company, some demand hard work that isn’t guaranteed to pay off. Some become friends and stay friends for life. Some change in our absence — or perhaps it is we who change in theirs — and we meet up again only to find that we don’t get along any more."
